  2. Select the make, model, year, and engine size for your vehicle to begin searching for the items you need.
  3. Select your parts and add them to your shopping cart.
  4. Go to “checkout” and finalize your purchase

ORDER PROCESSING

Standard Orders for in-stock products will ship SAME DAY if received by 2:00 PM Eastern time on Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will ship on THE FOLLOWING business day. Rush Orders or Overnight Orders must be received no later than 1:00 PM to assure same day shipping. Any overnight orders received after 1:00PM ET Monday through Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will ship THE FOLLOWING business day.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES: Mobile Climate Parts accepts all credit cards via PayPal. You may also transfer funds to Mobile Climate Parts PayPal account, sales@localhost. U.S. currency or certified funds will be accepted for products picked up at Mobile Climate Parts Distribution Centers. Orders prepaid by Personal or Business Checks will be held for shipment until checks are cleared and payment received. NO CODs or Third Party orders accepted. Any order shipped to an address other than the credit card’s billing address is considered a Third Party order (unless the address is listed as a verified “Ship to” address with the credit card issuing bank).

ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES:

Your approved online payment option is Mobile Climate Parts PayPal account, sales@localhost. All other orders must be prepaid via bank wire transfer. Wire transfers are accepted in U.S. FUNDS ONLY. Wire transfer instructions will be made available via e-mail upon request.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Requests to return unused, undamaged merchandise, for credit or refund, MUST be made within ten (10) business days of the original shipping date. The following procedures MUST be followed or returns will be denied. Returns MUST be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) issued by Mobile Climate Parts. Requests for RMAs must be made by letter, e-mail or fax. All returns must be shipped FREIGHT PREPAID to Mobile Climate Parts within ten (10) business days of issue date of the RMA. Returns must be in original packaging, unused, in salable condition and returned with the original invoice. Returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Orders canceled after items have been processed or invoiced are subject to a 10% restocking charge. Returned merchandise will be inspected by Mobile Climate Parts upon receipt. If returned goods do not satisfy the criteria set forth above, credit will be denied and the customer notified of that decision. No refunds will be issued for used items returned. No refunds will be issued for shipping costs, labor costs, related products costs, or refrigerant costs. Returned merchandise not accepted for credit will, upon customer’s request, be returned freight collect or otherwise scrapped within twenty (20) business days of the date of notification. Refunds will be credited to the original purchase’s credit card or by Mobile Climate Parts company check. Mobile Climate Parts makes no claim to the accuracy of the application data on our website. Applications are offered for reference only. If in doubt as to accuracy, please call Mobile Climate Parts direct. Mobile Climate Parts will, to the best of our ability, replace any incorrectly shipped product with the correct product.

Orders received after 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will ship on THE FOLLOWING business day. Overnight Orders must be received no later than 4:00 PM to assure same day shipping. Any overnight orders received after 4:00PM ET Monday through Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will ship THE FOLLOWING business day.

Mobile Climate Parts ships your order of $299.00 or more at NO CHARGE via UPS. NOTE: Offer applies only to ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES. ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES: UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS) ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES: TBA.

CLAIMS

Claims for shipments damaged or lost in transit must be made directly to the carrier ONLY. Mobile Climate Parts shall not be, in any instance, liable for partial or total losses, damages, or theft of shipments, or any incidental or consequential damages whatsoever.
